HOW IT WORKS

    1. Sign up and verify accreditation status

      • Verify your status as an Accredited Investor on your onboarding call to access available network opportunities

    2. Review documents and complete due diligence

      • We encourage you to include your Financial Advisor or CPA in your due diligence process for suitability purposes.

    3. Complete the Fund documents and fund your order via ACH or Wire Transfer.

      • You will receive confirmation from our Artificial Intelligence during each step of the process.

    4. Complete your welcome call with Operations.

      • You will receive your acceptance letter along with Portal login to view your current holdings, enter DTC delivery instructions and track and manage documents

    5. Receive your share delivery

      • If the company IPOs, our network of funds will distribute shares to your Broker Dealer on file in your portal. Please note not all Private Equity companies will go public and not all acquisitions will result in successful investments, loss of total principal may occur.
